Poverty and disability are closely related and these two issues must be tackled together. It is often noted that persons with disabilities are poorer as a group than the general population and that people living in poverty are more likely than others to be disabled. All disabled person shall be treated with respect and dignity. They shall be protected from all forms of abuse which undermine their integrity in any way.

UWF taking care for disabled and destitute children, youth and aged. There are 25 persons are taken care by the foundation of which 12 are mentally disordered 13 are physically handicapped .These handicapped people capacitated on educational activities,Nutrious food, regular medical cheek ups and regular sports and recreational activities and skill trainings.
